GLOBALIZATION

Globalization is the process of global economic political and cultural integration. It has made the world become a small village. The burden has been broken down between countries.
The history goes back to the second half of the twentieth  century, the development of transport and communication led the situation where by national borders appeared to be too limiting for economic activities (economic globalization in developing country 2002).
The globalization is playing an increasingly important role in developing countries it can be seen that globalization has the certain advantages such as economic process, technological development, political influences, health system, social and natural environmental factors. It has a lot of benefits on our daily life.
Globalization has created the some opportunities such as technology transfer hold out promise, greater opportunities to access developed countries markets growth and improved productivity and living standard.
However, it is not true that all effect of this phenomena are positive because has also brought up new challenges such as commercial and financial markets increase inequality across and within national.
The introduction it evaluates the positive and negative impacts of globalization in the following proportions:
         ·            Economic and trade processes field
         ·            Education and health system
         ·            Culture effect
Advantages of globalization in economic and trade processes field
Globalization helps the developing country to deal with rest of the world increase their economic growth. Globalization has been used/take place in order to make solving of the poverty problem in their countries in the past the developing country were not able to tap developing country due to the trade barrier. The developed country they were able to invest in developing nations creating job opportunities for the poor people for example in rapid growth in India and China to see that the globalization has made the relationship between developed country and developing nation stronger. It made each country developed on other the developing country depends on developed country for increase  for resources flows and technology, but developed country depends heavily on developing countries for raw materials, food and oil and markets for industrial goods one of most important of advantages of globalization are gods and people are transport easier and faster as a result free trade between countries has increased and it decreased the possibility of war between countries furthermore the growth in the communication between the individuals and companies in the world helped to raise the free trade between countries and this led to growth the economy.
But also the globalization has the disadvantages in the world like poor marketing crops according to know days the countries which beneficial with this is developing country like USA, UK become poor country have cultivated their crops and the end of the day that developing countries make the price of two crops so that led the poor countries to be poor permanently because they will get money that can help them to afford needs effectively when you compare with hardened of the job so that is the negative impact of globalization to some countries especially poor country.
Education and health system
Globalization contributes to develop the health and education system in developing countries we see that the education increased in recent years. Because globalization has a catalyst to the jobs that require higher skills. This demand allowed people to get/gain higher education, health and education are objectives to improve any nation and there are strong relationship between economic growth and health and education system.
Through growth economies, living standard and life expectancy for the developing nations certain get better with more fortunes poor nation are able to supply good health care, services and sometimes to their people. In addition the government of developing country can provide more money for health and education to the poor which led to decrease the nation of illiteracy. It is true that living standard and life expectancy of developing countries increase through economic gain from globalization. In addition, globalization helps doctors and other scientists to contribute to discover many diseases which spread by human animals and birds and it helped them to create medicines to with these diseases for example HIV/AIDS, swine flu, and bird flu, whole world know also at these disease and they know to avoid it. By globalization, these are many international organizations such as Non-Governmental Organization (NGO’s), World Health Organization (WHO) and UNESCO, trying to eliminate the illiteracy and deadly diseases to the world and save the life inspite of these positive effects of globalization to education and health fields in the developing countries. However globalization could have negative impacts in these fields; globalization facilitates the spread of new diseases in developing countries by travelers between countries. Due to increase travel and trade many diseases like HIV/AIDS
Cultural effect
Globalization has many benefits to the culture in developing countries; many developing countries culture has been changed through globalization and become imitate other culture such as America and European culture. Before globalization it would not have been possible to know about other countries and their culture. Due to important tools of globalization like radio, television, satellite and internet it is possible today to know what is happening in any country such as America, Japan, Tanzania, Kenya. Moreover, people worldwide can known each other better through globalization for example the cultures different from America.
But globalization has also negative effect especially to the younger people in the different poor national it is very common to see young wearing Nike T-shirt and Adidas foot wear, playing Hip-Hop music using apple, Ipad and Iphone. It is looks like you can only distinguish them by their language; many developing countries are concerned rise about the rise of globalization because it might lead to destroy their own culture, tradition, identity, custom and their language. Many Arabs country such as Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan as developing country have affected them negatively in some areas their culture, tradition, custom have been changed.
Disadvantages of globalization
Destruction of culture; this refers to the process whereby the culture of human has been destructed through globalization, for example nowadays the human culture, tradition, customs have been destructed for example in Tanzania country they were not still use their culture because of globalization people are still copying the tradition others especially from whites from wearing style up to behavior through globalization people have not still using teir local language but there are copying and some countries they are copying this from the media like radio and television where by the globalization has transmitted through for example the NIRVANA is the programme which deals with fashion shows so some people copy the wearing style through that, it have more contribution to destruct the human culture, tradition and customs.
Destruction of environment example air pollution, water, noise pollution, water pollution, erosion., due to the globalization it cause the environmental destruction through the industrialization some industry like Cocacola, they were still to put their remain chemical in the source of water so that led the water pollution, and during mining their activities they were cause the air pollution due to the smoke whereby cause some effect like global warming and green house effect like air pollution and water pollution is dangerous to the human being because it has cause some diseases because people using water for cooking, drinking, so it can led to get some diseases like cholera and other transmitted diseases which can cause all people to be suffered that diseases.
Moral erosion; due to globalization nowadays people were not able to be moral from behavior especially young through the media young and other people have watching the movies which can cause the moral erosion, for example when the African people or Tanzanian when see the tradition movies like Hollywood it can contribute the moral erosion of the certain culture so through globalization people they were not able to mention their moral.
In conclusion, as we can see the process of globalization has involved all the countries (whole world) such as Indian, China, Africa, Iraq, Syria and many others affected by globalization and whether negatively or positively the economies of these country empowered under the influence of globalization but also globalization as well as many customs and culture are disappeared for example such as tradition clothes and some language and expressions have changed. In addition the violence and drug abuse are increased and a lot of deadly diseases like HIV/AIDS have spread under the influence of globalization. So according to that there is not something that have advantage without having disadvantage as we see globalization have many advantages to the whole world but also disadvantage.
